Four day-long workshop and music festival

The first Ekodrom festival was held in 2012. It was organized by Ekodrom Association with the help of volunteers who shared our enthusiasm and welcomed the idea. The Festival is designed as a four day-long  companionship in nature - through sharing knowledge and skills, enjoying music and dance, creating a society of active people for better now, on local and global scale, protecting the environment and natural resources. Through the synergy of rural and urban aspects of life, Ekodrom festival promotes important but neglected values as well as culture based on togetherness, tolerance and appreciating differences.

In the last five years, many musicians and DJs have performed on the Festival!

Our musical program includes well known artists but at the same time offers opportunities to young performers whose time is about to come. Workshops are an important segment of the Festival, which is constantly developing and improving, year by year.

This year, some workshops will start in spring and will be held on several occasions, so the results can be presented to wider audience during the Festival. Information about the workshops will soon be available on Ekodrom´s FB page „Ekodrom festival“.

The objective of the Festival is sustainability which excludes sponsoring or branding activities. In that way, we try to keep our independence and motivate our guests to active participation.

Healthy food and free camping are also important aspects of the Festival. We are very thankful  to all volunteers that have been helping us  with the camping site and the kitchen for the last five years.

It is with great pleasure that we announce the culinary cooperation with the Taste of Home crew, who is going to make your palate happy at Ekodrom Festival!

Taste of Home is a social cooperative for intercultural cooperation that employs refugees and migrants in Croatia. The goal of this organization is to integrate and get to know the culture and customs of persons who are trying to build a home here. A year ago the cooperative launched a food catering business, preparing specialties from its members' countries. It also organizes language courses, culinary workshops, themed evenings and many other interesting activities which enrich our society and improve the life of people trying to find a new home and a place in the sun.

Enjoy your meals at Ekodrom Festival!
